- Fragrance perception is subjective and may vary from person to person.
- Any experience associated with the use of our products is personal and faith-based. We make no spiritual, religious, or outcome-based guarantees beyond traditional and cultural usage.
1.3 Product Safety
Keep incense, dhoop, and other fire-based products away from children, pets, and flammable materials. Always use an appropriate holder on a heat-resistant surface and never leave a burning product unattended.
Art of Satva shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from misuse, negligence, or unsafe handling of the products.
1.4 Product Information and Pricing
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, ingredients, images, and prices on the Website are accurate. However, variations may occur because our products are made from natural ingredients, and images are for representation purposes only.
We reserve the right to correct any errors and update product information, availability, and pricing at any time without prior notice. Where an order is affected by an obvious pricing or description error, we may cancel the order and refund the amount paid.
1.5 Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud, an unauthorized transaction, or a breach of these Terms.
Where we cancel an order for which payment has been made, the amount will be refunded in accordance with our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.

Our total liability in respect of any order shall not exceed twice the value of the product purchased under that order.
